Apart from the over P30 million in cash reward from the government and several tycoons, Diaz will also receive a P4 million house and lot from any of the eight projects of Century Properties’ affordable housing brand Phirst Park Homes.

Phirst Park Homes’ projects are located in Tanza, Cavite; Batulao, Batangas; Pandi, Bulacan; Calamba, Laguna; Lipa, Batangas; San Pablo, Laguna; General Trias, Cavite: and Magalang, Pampanga.
