PHirst Park Homes Inc. (PPHI), the First Home Buyer Brand of Century Properties Group and Mitsubishi Corporation, has announced that it is set to launch four projects in Luzon this year on the back of a resilient affordable housing market.

For the second half of 2021, PPHI will introduce two new communities in northern Luzon and two more in southern Luzon. PHirst Park Homes Gen Tri will lead this roster of new PPHI developments, which will collectively have 6,968 units with a sales value of P14.31 billion.
