Listed property firm Century Properties Group Inc. (CPG) continue to bank on its affordable segment, which posted higher reservation sales in the first semester.

In a disclosure on Tuesday, CPG President and Chief Executive Officer Marco Antonio said they remain optimistic with their affordable business segment under PHirst Park Homes, which is in partnership with Mitsubishi Corp.

MANILA – The goodwill gifts just keep coming for Olympic gold medal winner Hidilyn Diaz who is set to receive a P4 million house and lot from Century Properties, the real estate firm said on Tuesday.

Century’s PHirst Park Homes Inc said it was awarding the property to Diaz “for her outstanding achievements as the Philippines’ first ever Olympic gold medalist.”

Apart from the over P30 million in cash reward from the government and several tycoons, Diaz will also receive a P4 million house and lot from any of the eight projects of Century Properties’ affordable housing brand Phirst Park Homes.

Phirst Park Homes’ projects are located in Tanza, Cavite; Batulao, Batangas; Pandi, Bulacan; Calamba, Laguna; Lipa, Batangas; San Pablo, Laguna; General Trias, Cavite: and Magalang, Pampanga.

Apart from cash rewards, a condominium unit, and a residential property in Tagaytay, a P4-million house and lot is awaiting Olympic gold medalist Hidilyn Diaz.

PHirst Park Homes Inc. (PPHI), the First Home Buyer Brand of Century Properties Group and Mitsubishi Corporation, is awarding a house and lot package worth P4 million to Hidilyn Diaz for being the Philippines’ first ever Olympic gold medalist.

Real-estate firm Century Properties Group Inc. (CPG) on Monday said it is expanding its horizontal footprint in the country as it is upbeat about the prospects for its affordable housing segment business this year.

CPG President and CEO Jose Marco R. Antonio also said during the company’s annual stockholders’ meeting that the company will focus on its resilient businesses while it prepares the organization for a post-pandemic economic recovery.
